In exactly two weeks from now I will be in a completely new place, maybe even blogging from a completely different bed! Although I have not moved yet, and to be honest I'm not quite sure anymore when that will take place, I know for sure that in two weeks my life will be completely different. I briefly posted about my upcoming trip to Europe here on the blog, and the post itself has long been gone but the idea has been only flourishing. I'm going to the Netherlands the place that I have been seriously interested in visiting for quite some time now and Germany: to be precise Potsdam and Berlin but I'm sure some other places as well. I must say that all of this is kind of surreal and not exactly something I can't describe in words per se but it sure is something magical. In fact, I think and therefore it will be absolutely magical.
For starters things are turning out to be not as planned , that's just how things are, yet I'm going to make things work anyways. I'm going to make a long journey alone and land at Schiphol airport. Hold up did I just say that? Yep I sure did, Efrutik is going to land at the legendary Schiphol airport and roam around it until she realizes where she is! I will be surrounded by Dutchmen and other foreigners and just be bedazzled and a complete tourist.
Somehow I'll also treat myself to a trip to Paris even if that means looking completely dumbstruck and touristy (the latter makes me shrug) while trying to get my way into that city. Oh my but what's the point of planning things now really, I'd rather be completely open to everything that could happen.
So here is cheers to putting that first stamp in my blue book!

Awesome! I made my first trip a little the same way, just going where the wind blew me. It's a great way to travel.
