So I'm dealing with the wonderful land of bureaucracy, still. Ever since my health situation I'm facing a dreadful prospect of having to deal a handful of incompetency and pay a darn medical bill. Yes, the bill has arrived yesterday. I think the most expensive thing was the bed I lay on for about 1.5 hours. I guess it's worth the $689 that I am being charged for it, after all it had wheels and moved me from one room to another. I guess it was very special....right?
You know since I am uninsured and still looking for a job it's not easy to cough up to pay this bill. It's funny though, although humor is not the first thing I find in this entire mess, my bill is significantly smaller than I thought it would be. However, mum says it could just be the beginning of bills arriving at my mailbox. Oh my then what? Well then, I'll send back a note saying "a thank you but no thank you unless you accept pennies I'd rather not send in any payments your way right now". Yes I think that would actually work. Moving along then.
This brings me to what's up ahead today. Finally this morning I will see a gynecologist at the "women's center". I mean seriously it took me about a month to secure this visit so it is a big day! I guess we will actually find out what is really up in my abdomen since my ovarian cyst drama took place. As for how to pay for that well we will see that too. I can only take care of one thing at a time... right?
Yesterday I mended fences with my liefje after things got a little bit of communication friction . Luckily we got back to our senses. Hence, we are are both good just but need to get our rest on, he more than I of course. I am a very fortunate girl and count my blessings wisely too. Now if only this darn distance wasn't so prominent......in time though all will come. Plus we have a project we are both working on but I will tell you when we are done. It's quite exciting actually. When we were studying in college together we entered a cooking contest at my apartment/door and we won! Yep my man can cook and I am proud we have cooked and won along each other. Of course I am more happy that he can actually feed me when I get hungry...and I get hungry a lot! Speaking of food the picture bellow is this lovely small slice of most delicous home baked bread that my cousin, who'se house I sought refuge in when I got sick a month ago, unexpectedly dropped off at my house for me. It was so freaking good, I'm drooling right now actually, that I ate it in less than 10 minutes!
By the way I have an update on my whole foods drama from a couple of days ago. I got my refund chaching suckers !!!!!!! That's right Efrutik drove all the way back to the store, on the way getting lost and driving into the city facing the U.S. Capitol, and got her $$$$$$ a whopping $9.94!!!! Dang, did you notice that my refunds are rather miserly actually? I literally just noticed the pattern here that my state tax refund was also $9! Sad, sad, sad.
Yea well I might not be rich in my purse or bank account by I sure am wealthy with wacky thoughts, an endless stream of love, and a lifelong pursuit of happiness. CHACHING!
